A compact sonic drill rig with 140 HP power at True 150 Hz frequency.
The CRS 140 (formerly named CRS XL 140) is a powerful sonic drill rig equipped with a True 150 Hz CompactRotoSonic 34K drill head. Although it is a smaller version than the CRS 170, it loses none of its power. Its compact size increases maneuverability while its powerful drill head delivers the expected performance.
It can be used across a wide range of applications, including mineral sampling, environmental research, geotechnical sampling and testing, geo-construction drilling and seismic drilling. Besides the Pro and Royal variants, a DUO version is also available that allows both sonic sampling and diamond drilling in the same borehole. A custom configuration can also be provided as needed.
