A 22 mm ceramic-bodied submersible water level/conductivity logger suited to saltwater intrusion and contamination monitoring.
When there is a need to monitor groundwater level and saltwater intrusion, or contamination from injected wastewater or chemical discharge and landfill sites, the CTD-Diver, with its durable, corrosion-resistant 22 mm ceramic (zirconium oxide) housing, is the instrument of choice.
The CTD-Diver is a submersible data logger that, once submerged at a fixed depth below the water surface, uses a pressure sensor to provide long-term, uninterrupted, real-time water level monitoring. The pressure sensor measures the hydrostatic pressure equivalent of the water above the sensor diaphragm to calculate total water depth. The ceramic housing is suitable for brackish or saltwater applications and aggressive environments.
