A core sampler designed to take high-quality samples in hard alluvial and mixed formations.
The SingleWall CoreBarrel sampler is designed to take high-quality samples across a wide range of formations, performing best in hard alluvial and mixed formations. It can even handle small rock fragments and hard layers. Sampling is done dry. A casing pipe prevents the borehole from collapsing while the sampler is withdrawn. Cores can be sampled directly in the core tube or into a liner. The sample can be transferred to a polyethylene foil tube, plastic troughs or a core box.
The SingleWall CoreBarrel Sampler is now available in different diameters and lengths, including 53 mm x 2,000 mm.
