Ekman Grab Set
A stainless steel sediment grab with a 3.5-litre capacity, used in soft sediment.
This grab is designed for use in soft sediment and has a capacity of 3.5 litres. Measuring 152 x 152 x 152 mm, the instrument is made entirely of stainless steel. Overlapping jaws prevent sample loss.
A separate rod accessory is also available for rod-operated use of the Ekman grab in shallow water. The Ekman grab set is fitted with a drop-weight system so sampling can be carried out at any depth.
